One of our goals is not just to introduce Japanese culture and good things to America, but rather to adapt them to the American culture. Tastes and preferences differ depending on where you grew up and your experiences. We repect american culture and japanese culture, after learning about them, we hope to create something new that are mixed both cuture and can become part of the American culture.

Our bread is made with almond milk, not milk and a unique formula to create a moist, fluffy bread with a mellow flavor.

The Melon bread, a very famous Japanese sweet bread, and cookies made with Japanese ingredients are available. Our melon bread is made with UnD’s signature almond milk bread dough and baked with almond pudding kneaded cookie dough on top, making it fluffy, crispy. Our cookies are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside with a very elegant sweetness. The cookies come in three different flavors: the basic cookie, a matcha cookie made with premium Uji matcha green tea, and a buckwheat tea cookie made with traditional Japanese buckwheat tea.

Our Uji Matcha from Kyoto Prefecture is the highest quality matcha produced with historical background and processing methods using 100% tea leaves produced exclusively in Kyoto.
Our miso that is super ingredient with high health benefits is an original handmade miso made by a female miso artisan with 30 years experience in miso making.
